Senior UI/UX Designer

We are a leading UX design agency looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in creating modern, user-centered digital experiences.

You’ll work with a talented team on global projects — designing websites, apps, and platforms that blend usability, functionality, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design process — from research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design beautiful, scalable UI components and design systems for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers in an agile environment.
  • Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX process, UI craft, and product thinking.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Experience with user research, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Agency or product-based experience preferred.
