Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 8+ years of experience who has successfully worked across multiple products and platforms. This role requires strong expertise in UX, UI, and product thinking, with the ability to lead design efforts end-to-end—from discovery to delivery—while ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design across multiple digital products (web and mobile)
  • Drive product discovery, user research, and problem definition in collaboration with product and business teams
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes
  • Define, scale, and govern design systems and reusable components across products
  • Ensure UX and UI consistency while adapting designs for different product contexts
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Mentor junior designers and review design quality across teams
  • Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder presentations
  • Use data, usability testing, and feedback to iterate and improve product experiences

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product designer/UX designer/UI Designer
  • Proven experience designing for multiple products or large platforms
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX process, and UI execution
  • Expertise in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale design systems
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and platform guidelines (Web, iOS, Android)
  • Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
